Planning permission for the residential, yoga & pilates use as well as the additional storey has been granted on schedule. It is now clear that The PettCo will be home to a variety of different uses and will offer four public courtyards for the entire neighborhood as well as two private courtyards for tenants. In total, the new quarter will consist of one third apartments, one third serviced apartments and one third commercial, catering and office space. A complex project including historical building components and a new building, which required an extensive planning phase. This has now been completed and the next construction phase can begin.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Designed by Berlin-based Hillig Architekten<\/a>, a new, diverse quarter with added value for the entire neighborhood is being created on the Pettenkoferstrasse 16\u201319 site. Six courtyards create meeting and recreational spaces and offer the opportunity to help shape a colorful, lively community.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Not every house can be preserved \u2013 as in this case.
