The Berlin-based company offers unique coliving spaces that strengthen social interaction. At The PettCo, 146 apartments are planned for long stay and short stay guests.
The Base is set to open in Q4/2026.
Rent
The rental apartments are currently under construction and expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Those interested can already register for the waiting list. However, this does not constitute a claim to a rental agreement.
