Courtyards
With six new courtyards, The PettCo offers a variety of possibilities for residents and neighbors and invites them to help shape this place and bring a colorful community to life. The four public and two private courtyards are a reinterpretation of the historic Berlin courtyards.

The “Maker’s Yard” reflects the creative spirit of the metropolis. The “Zen Garden” offers peace and quiet in the middle of a big city, and the “Marketplace” promotes togetherness and exchange. The “Playground” is a place to have fun. The “Workout Courtyard” offers space for sporting activities. In the “Urban Garden”, small flower beds are created for you to grow plants yourself.
